What is our delivery period and delivery charges?

We usually process the order within 1-2 Business Days, and have it delivered anywhere in UK within 4-6 Days. This sums up expected total delivery time to be 5-8 Days. The delivery charges are free. Please be advised we cannot ship items to a PO Box, you will need to input a physical address.

Where is my Order?

We send you an email as soon as you place the order.

All orders are tracked and you can use the tracking link provided in your email to check the status of your order.

Have you checked for any delivery cards? Your parcel may have been left somewhere safe, such as with a neighbour or been taken to a local depot?

If you do need to report your order as lost then please send a message to customercare@49street.co.uk to let our Customer Service team know.

Can I cancel or modify my Order?

We regret that we cannot modify orders. Please email customercare@49street.co.uk as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to make a cancellation. We will let you know if your cancellation request was successful dependent on the status of your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, but you can make a return.

If cancellation fails, this is because the order is getting ready to be sent. Items that are in stock are processed quickly so that we can aim to get products to our customers without delay.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal for online payments. When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.
